• Accuracy of Information: Candidates must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their qualifications, experience, and background. Companies must ensure job offers are genuine and well-defined.
• No Employment Guarantee: Hari Om Consultancy does not guarantee employment to any candidate or assure companies of finding a suitable candidate.
• Confidentiality & Data Usage: We do not permanently store any personal or company data. All shared information is strictly for recruitment purposes and is never sold or misused.
• Payment & Fees: Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance. Hari Om Consultancy is not responsible for any direct financial transactions between candidates and employers.
• Termination of Services: We reserve the right to reject or terminate any engagement if misleading information is detected. Fraudulent activities will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Changes to Terms: Hari Om Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our official website.
